About Our Company
We are a group of professionals and enthusiastic startup co-founders who have experienced real-world startup problems, failures, lack of network and lack of funding. Name all the problems in running a business, we have been there, done that and failed. Through the many years of working as entrepreneurs we learned the most important things how to survive and be successful in startup. We aim to help people to get started in their business, to find potential partners and to possibly get funded. Creating a successful business can be psychologically, emotionally, physically and financially draining. We understand that to be successful in business you must have a strong team, collaborate with the right group of people and company, and it’s extremely important to have investment to sustain your business.
In 2018, when we launched our company, we have received support from startups community in Asia. They are although small communities but verified users and real people who have the right skills to help you. Our users are professionals that can communicate, meet, engage and build your empire together. We aim to help people innovate, create strategic alliances and match the right investments.

I have simple approach in business: focus, passion, strategy, attraction, conversion and leverage.
Our Founder and Executive Chairwoman’s primary responsibilities include of making major business decisions for developing the company including but not limited to leadership, investment management, business growth, strategic collaboration and expansion, direction for marketing and strategic alliances in branding, financial growth and acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors, shareholders and company co-founders. She has critical insights of forming the founding team, unafraid to work with board of executives and she allows constructive debates and challenges, both inside and outside the boardroom between executives and the management.
Kathleen has a background in science, business and corporate law. Formerly a Harvard student but she came back to Singapore in 2016 due to family responsibilities. Currently an MBA candidate at the University of Wollongong, Sydney Business School through an international school, PSB Academy. In 2017, she was awarded as the Startup Biggest Idea Winner by Singapore Polytechnic Graduates Guild, Top 3 Global Consumers Award by Accenture, Startup World Cup India Finalist and Investor of the year 2018 by Startup Buddy with collaboration with SandBox of Ngee Ann Polytechnic in conjunction with Singapore Fintech Festival 2018.

Josh Ching is a Singaporean-Chinese serial entrepreneur based between Singapore and Indonesia. He’s our Chief Operating Officer (COO) selected by our Founder based on his skills, many years of professional experience in operation in emerging markets and network. He has a background in Information Technology and Business. He has competitive skills and knowledge in system architecture, programming and software design. He understands challenges and can work under pressure.
He is more than a COO, he is strategic with a focus on details. He has an extraordinary ability to address deep issues and work on diverse cultures. He understands how to balance a breadth of experience and knowledge with an ability to manage strategically.
Josh manages our operations in Indonesia, leads the developer’s team, apply security and innovate our business model and technology. He is also the Chairwoman’s right hand when it comes to business and negotiations with the Chinese investors.
He is “The Dude” in the startup. He is a doer, capable, responsive and risk taker to face the most difficult technical challenges.
I’m a calculated risk taker. I will make a decision in marketing based on the right calculation and take a brave action to make it a success. Open for new opportunity and technology in marketing.
Our marketing team leader, Ahmad has an expertise in marketing collaboration and exceptional communication. He is the communication key leader in our team that builds the gap between the tech team leaders and the co-founders when it comes to marketing and sales updates. He is creative, innovative and has strong leadership skills. He is a calculative risks taker in marketing and driving change in our startup.
Ahmad loves to read industry publications constantly and aware of what Google algorithms mean and what it could affect to our platform,
He is “The Heart” in our startup. If there are gaps in training, communication or social activities he make sure they get addressed and support us.
I'm experienced in management decision making for almost 10 years in Germany and Singapore. I will help this company to evaluate multiple technologies and identify those that are best fit for the business.
Sebastian is our executive board and growth adviser in the management and expansion strategy for European market. To manage a big operation is both promising and challenging. He has deep understanding in structured management and business with operations in the global market. With his experience in the corporate as a Project Manager that involves a $1 billion project revenue per annual, he understands how to work under pressure, how to manage a team of leaders and how to advise them with constructive objectives, strategy and coordination.
He has a background in Mechanical Engineering in Germany with over 10 years of experience in Project Management of high-scale investments projects in chemical industry. Our Chairwoman assigned him to support for integrations in Europe/German market, design and implement business strategies, help the company in complex problem solving and evaluating technical aspects and usability of the platform.
Sebastian is “The Critic” in our startup. He evaluates every business model, question every issue, shares his opinions and advise the leaders the main advantage against entrenched competitors. He is observant, fearless, opinionated and has a pragmatic attitude towards decision-making.
I will apply tech intelligence to innovate our platform.
Eli is our Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) that provides sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. He leads the developer team and working with our COO for the current technological trends, develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals, discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage, build quality tech security and data protection processes, communicate technology strategy to partners and board of directors.
He has a background in Software Engineer with over 13 years of professional experience in project management including client relations, development and deployment of core banking, credit union and credit bureau integration software for various foreign banks, financial management backend software development in .Net (C# and VB) with MS SQL, and intelligence development management.
He studied his Master’s degree, Master of Information Technology Project Management at Swinburne University of Technology and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) at Project Management Institute.
I have a heart for the Co-Founders Network and very passionate with its vision to the success of others through the connection of this platform.
Our brand strategic collaboration manager, Jamila is based in Manila. She is the communication key person for our startup community engagement in the Philippines, responsible for defining go-to-market strategy and driving execution. Her role is to create messaging and positioning of Co-Founders Network in the startup engagement in the Philippines market. She also engages in the company’s social media presence and follow the trends of now and to the struggles of the uprising startups.
Jamila is not an ordinary brand manager, she studied Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at De Lasalle University Lipa of the Philippines. She is a licensed registered master electrician and licensed registered electrical engineer. If she is not working, she is pitching in tech startups. She was a finalist at Tech Plan Demo Day in the Philippines 2018 organized by Leave a nest where she represented tech idea and prototype MOVO.
